Welcome to the homepage of the Annual Dosthill Colts
Festival of Football. The festival is one of the best in
Staffordshire with teams travelling from far a field to participate and returning
year after year. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the
organising team who put hours of their time into ensuring that the festival always
runs smoothly.
This year, 2008, we aim to continue from the highly
successful 2007 Tournament where we expanded the festival
even further with more teams entering, entertainment, food and drink, live
photography with instant availability of individual match shots, but more
importantly great football.
As the festival unfolds we will constantly update
this webpage with information so keep checking.
We already have entries to this years event, so if
you want to take part read the details below and download your entry form here.
We look forward to seeing you in June 2008.
Provisional Details
The venue will be at either Wilnecote High School and Leisure Centre, Tinkers Green Road,
Wilnecote, Tamworth, B77 5LFas last year or TORC High School A map is located below.

Six-A-Side matches will be run on the morning session starting at 9.30am kick off .

Under 10`s
Seven-A-Side matches will be run on the afternoon session starting at 1.30 pm
Kick off.

10 & 12's Girls - Six-A-Side matches will be run
starting time TBA
Sunday 15th
June 2007
- Under 9`s Boys -
Six-A-Side matches will be run on the morning
session starting at 9.30am kick off.
- Under 14`s
Girls Six-A-Side matches will be run starting time TBA
- Under 7`s Six-A-Side matches will be run on the
afternoon session starting at 1.30pm kick off.
As interest is
again expected to be high, teams will be entered on a first come basis and the only
way to guarantee your place in the best football tournament in the Tamworth area is
to send your payment for team registration as soon as possible.
Rules,
registration documents, fixture list, maps and further information will be sent out
to all participating teams prior to the tournament.

Saturday 16th June 2007 - Sunday 17th June 2007 - The prize raffle
draw took place on Sunday afternoon in between the finals of the Girls section.
Congratulations to all winners but a BIG thank you to everyone who supported the event
and to all the staff who worked tirelessly over the weekend and the parents who came and
worked so hard and not forgetting all the referee's who did such a great job. Finally
thanks to all the DAD'S who gave up father's day to assist us.
